First of all the framework starts from a company / brand objective and integrates a SWOT analysis and a competitive analysis. The scheme below is based upon the belief that all commercial organizations tend to have a common, deeper goal: to make money. The image below depicts a “generic hypermodel” which, amongst other models, is used to help define your company and marketing goals.

Next to the above vision the frameworks starts from the principles of the most recent marketing insights. The new marketing principles are derived from the most important societal trends. And it should not come as a surprise that “digital” is one of the most important drivers of these trends.
