The KMO Marketing Congress in Edegem is the yearly gathering for CEO's and marketing staff in SME's (small and medium-sized companies) in Flanders.

In this year's edition, focus was on strategy development and 4P square was asked to guide the audience through the marketing strategy planning process.
Raf Van Puyvelde, Partner 4P square, prepared practical guidelines, tailored to the needs of SMEs. After the presentation, visitors to the 4P square stand could obtain a memory stick with the templates used during the presentation.
