What hase been changed? Well, the board has been extended. Board members are now: Stefan Van Rompaey, René Embrechts, Marcel Roovers and Raf Van Puyvelde. And ... customer are always welcome to attend the board meetings. The internal organisation has been adapted too. Also, a new unique partner program has been developed for our team members. And, we moved our "second home" to Mechelen.
Our services have been adapted too. Our focus is still on marketing. We are happy to have very talented, excellent people and expert knowledge in this domain, but we extend our expertise towards "marketing & sales", in which we already do have a lot of experience. Why? Well, because we strongly believe that marketing & sales is one proces. Bottom line succes depends on the engagement of marketing and sales. We call this “engagement marketing”.
In order to emphasis this evolution, internally and externally, we also adapt our logo. As from today 4P square will have a new logo. The 'P' of 'People' is key in the logo! Because no sustainable growth is possible without engaged people, that are proving their excellence on a daily base.
4P square exists almost 10 years. We became a quality brand, with a strong reputation, stable customer relations and a customer satisfaction of 90%. 4P square also built a base of loyal, excellent team members, who are, according to our customers very engaged (external audit). We are also a financially stable company which is facing the future with healthy growth ambitions for the next 10 years
